Yōko Kawanami (川浪 葉子 Kawanami Yōko, April 22, 1957 - March 18, 2025) was a Japanese voice actress. She provided voices for various classic anime series during the 80s and early 90s, including Sailor Moon, City Hunter and Mobile Suit Gundam. But she is likely best know for the roles of Cocona in "Armored Trooper Votoms", Bulma's Mother in Dragon Ball Z, Rumi Koishikawa in Marmalade Boy and Sarah Bellum in Powerpuff Girls Z.
