Victor Brandt (born September 19, 1942) is an American actor. He voiced General Crozier on Metalocalypse, Master Pakku on Avatar: The Last Airbender, Alexi Stukov in "StarCraft II", Professor Emil Hamilton on Superman: The Animated Series and the narrator of the 2003 Cat in the Hat film. Also, he's in that Star Trek episode with the space hippies.
