Theorem is a Decepticon Mini-Con from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.
Another postcard with chimpanzees. And every one is addressed to me.

One of Simacore's two Mini-Cons, the snooty Theorem spends most of his time belittling his partner Axiom, who's quick to return the favour. In spite of their bickering, they are able to put aside their differences when faced with a common threat... especially when that threat is an oafish Autobot that they can both take out their frustrations on. Such is the burden of intelligence.

Theorem was one of the many Decepticons imprisoned aboard the Alchemor. Along with Simacore and Axiom, he escaped when the ship crashed on Earth. Theorem and Axiom accompanied Simacore's raid on a particle research facility, and were deployed in the initial clash with Bumblebee, Strongarm, and Grimlock, although they both overshot their targets. Theorem wound up fighting Bumblebee. Simacore later used them to try and claw through a door to get to Grimlock, although neither of them could get through. Instead, the two Mini-Cons strapped Strongarm and Bumblebee to a particle accelerator cannon, then returned to Simacore. Along with Simacore, they were eventually defeated by Grimlock and returned to a stasis pod. Brainpower

Theorem's stasis pod was later taken back to Cybertron by Optimus Prime, Windblade and Ratchet. Decepticon Island (Part 2)
