Back when The AllSpark Almanac II was published in 2010, the planet was last seen being completely destroyed by the Doctor causing an artificially-induced supernova of its star, in the 1988 serial Remembrance of the Daleks. Daleks are small, squishy aliens inside of their iconic outer shells; Mark III Travel Machines are the names given to those shells in the 1975 serial Genesis of the Daleks.
