Tough enough to support Santon.

Tonka is an American toy company that is best known for its metal toy trucks and construction vehicles, though their most notable contribution to Transformers was being the company behind the importation of Bandai's Machine Robo toyline under the name GoBots. In 1991, Tonka was bought out by Hasbro, and since 1993 some GoBot-related trademarks (including the name "GoBots" itself) have occasionally been reused within the Transformers franchise.

After Hasbro's purchase of the company, Tonka would go on to release the preschooler-focused 1-2-3 Transformers toyline in 2001. The brand would cross over with Transformers once again in 2022, with the release of Tonkanator in the Transformers Collaborative line.
