The First Responder Mini-Con Team is a trio of Autobot-aligned Mini-Cons who assist in the search for raw energon deposits. Its members are:
- Cluster the crash-response truck.
- Groove the Cybertronic police car.
- Rotor the twin-rotor helicopter

- The members of the First Responder Mini-Con Team are redecoes of the Armada Emergency Mini-Con Team. The team members were only available in Vol. 1 of the Micron Booster sets, sold individually in blindpacked boxes.
- These molds were also used to make the Hazard Team, Hellflame Mini-Con Team, and the Mini-Con Council of Sages.
