Grimlock participated in an enormous battle against the Decepticons... until Optimus Prime began talking about the plot of the live-action film series to the audience. He quickly grew bored during his leader's monologue and attempted to order a pizza over the phone. The beeping caused by Grimlock dialing up the pizza place kept on interrupting Optimus when he tried to spoil the plot of the fourth film. Optimus settled with introducing Grimlock and the rest of the Dinobots. Then Grimlock's pizza arrived, and the fighting started up once again. Take Us to the Movies Take Us Through the Movies

Grimlock served as Optimus's mount as the two of them burst in on a bunch of Vehicons building the Galvatron Factory Battle set. Announcing that it was "Dinner Time!", Grimlock used a sort of tractor beam to draw his victims into his maw. He also got to stomp down on Lockdown, and kicked his head away. Commercial/Age of Extinction#Dino Force

Grimlock went to game at the arcade, only to be infuriated over not being able to beat a particular game. As soon as he gave up the task, Fracture came along and beat the game with ease! This sent Grimlock into a rage, and he began to rampage across the arcade... until he spotted a Foosball table, and went to play with it instead. Arcade

:The Grimlock Street Attack set includes a buildable Dinobot beast Grimlock in his Dinobot form with 2 pairs of non-firing cannons. Grimlock also features two gimmicks, a grabbing claw on his tail, and a "Dinoforce Power" gimmick, which consists of a magnet in his mouth, which he can use to chomp down (if by chomp down, it mean magnetically grabs them with his mouth) the included Vehicon Kreons. The included Gold Knight Optimus Prime Kreon (or any other Transformers Kreon) can ride on Grimlock. The set also comes with a paifang Chinese gateway base with a swivel joint to smash through with.

:Available only in the "Grimlock Unleashed" set, both the buildable Grimlock and the Grimlock Kreon are based on the Generation One looks of the character, despite the other Kreons on the set being based on their Age of Extinction versions. The Kreon comes with his Energo-Sword and two optional helmets, a Sideswipe-style one and a crown based on the time Grimlock led the Autobots. Unlike other Kreons, Grimlock has his faceplate painted on the figure face instead of added by the helmet.

: This set popped up at ToysЯUs a few short weeks after the initial product without any advance warning... and retailed for a mere $25, despite the size of the set.

: The building set also comes with a poster with a preview of all Kre-O Transformers products released in 2014.

**Accessories: Rack, Blade-weapon, Large Axe, Sword, 2 horn pieces, claw weapon, extra body parts

:Part of the 3rd wave of the Custom Kreon Age of Extinction Collection, this Custom Kreon Grimlock is based on his Age of Extinction counterpart. making heavy use of the new parts created for Kre-O Dungeons & Dragons, what with the "knight" theme. He features a "bat'leth" blade-weapon from the Kre-O Star Trek line, a large chromed axe, a claw weapon, and a red sword, as a nod to his other Kreon from the Grimlock Unleashed set. He also come with extra-clear body parts. Unlike most toys of the Kre-O Age of Extinction Dinobots (including his large Dino Build in Grimlock Unleashed), Grimlock is colored in screen-accurate silver.

:Like the rest of his wave-mates, he saw very limited release, mostly in Hasbro Asia regions.

**Accessories: Parts rack, extra clear body parts (torso, helmet, left & right legs, left & right arms), buildable ax, sword

:Part of the sixth wave of Custom Kreons, and the first (and only) Robots in Disguise-themed wave, Grimlock uses the new 2015 Kreon construction with the hollow waist-peg and "raised" hands. He comes with a buildable parts rack on which to hang/store his extra pieces. Unlike the previous Custom Kreons, he no longer features a chromed helmet, and comes with an extra clear-plastic helmet, torso, legs, and his arms, plus a two-sided ax and a chromed sword.

:Despite what the instructions say, the body piece cannot be pegged down between the leg parts installed on the display stand. However this can be amended by putting a 2x1 brick piece.

* Grimlock (Battle Changers, 2015)
**Set number: B0718
**Pieces: 82
**Accessories: Energon-Sword

:Part of the new Battle Changers series, Battle Changers Grimlock transforms from a T. rex into a robot and back without removing any parts! His appearance is reminiscent to his Generation 1 counterpart, while the deco is based on his Age of Extinction counterpart's toys. Like all of the Battle Changers, Grimlock uses the new hip piece using larger balljoints, as previously used by the Galvatron Kreon from the Galvatron Factory Battle set. He also comes with a weapons that vaguely resembles an Energon-sword with stickers for detailing, and can be wielded by his C-joint hands.

:Like his wavemates, he is available in selected Asian countries since December 2014.

Notes
* Like all non-toy robot Kreons in these comics, Grimlock is made from existing Kre-O parts. He uses Soundwave's helmet in black, seemingly with the "door-wing" backpack piece to replicate the original Grimlock's wings.
