- Rapidfire is a Decepticon Guncon from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

[edit]At some point, the Guncon Rapidfire was rescued by the time travelling Necrobot from dying alongside the rest of his subgroup and was brought to Necroworld, where he inhabited a stasis capsule for the rest of the war. After being awakened from his slumber, Rapidfire was not happy about a present where the Autobots won, and conspired with his fellow Decepticon, Fangry, in order to make it right.
