Nightcreeper is one of the few attempts to make Mini-Con combiners that aren't non-sentient weapons, due to power surges not allowing the components to retain their higher functions during the combination. Thanks to stolen data, along with his components Nightscream and Nightcruz's advanced and highly developed neural processors, they were to overcome this....but barely, as Nightcreeper has the intelligence of a drone.
