Feeling he wasn't being taken seriously, Trailcutter just went back to his hab suite. Magnawheels are an upgrade that lets Trailbreaker/Trailcutter drive or stand on any metallic surface, even walls or ceilings. He can activate them whether he's in robot or truck mode. Oddly enough, he's the only one who's not impressed with them.

[edit]When Trailcutter approached Brainstorm for a new gun that would make him more than just a 'forcefield guy', the off-the-wall, amoral inventor was puzzled why he would want a weapon when he already had magnawheels. Feeling he wasn't being taken seriously, Trailcutter just went back to his hab suite. Fortunately, they came in handy later when he used them to evade two of the Titan Hunters, Chop Shop and Venom, who had boarded the Lost Light. They were also a pivotal part of a convincing bluff he played on their leader, Lockdown to scare them off the ship.
