"Black Charger" is a clone of the original Windcharger created by Shockwave.

- The Generation 1 Windcharger mold was retooled by Hasbro licensee Fun4All. A small plastic ring was added to the front bumper, which the metal key chain attaches to. In Japan, the four Mini Vehicles were sold in small blind-packed boxes, as 7-Eleven exclusives. Each of the keychains also had black "chase" versions.
