Orion Pax, a local police captain in the Torus States, watched the broadcast until an electrical storm disrupted the transmission. Chaos Theory #2 Ratchet wasn't a fan of what the Newsfeed Service had become by this time, complaining that everything they aired was either state-sponsored Senate propaganda or useless non-news.
