The Manta is a special vehicle developed by V.E.N.O.M., primarily operated by Vanessa "Ice Queen" Warfield.
Fiction

Using the Manta's flight capabilities, Warfield engaged Aileron in the air, taking fire from the young Autobot but remaining unscathed. The Divine Source of Liberty Warfield later flew it in M.A.S.K.'s assault on Autobot City The New Colossus and used it to shoot Optimus Prime before Matt Trakker ordered M.A.S.K. to fire on Baron Karza.
