Bk'n is a planet of robospiders who like to PARTY! WOO!

Grimlock once partied with the "freaked out" robospiders of Bk'n. He was reminded of them when he witnessed the many-armed machine that Bludgeon was using to revive Megatron on Hydrus Four. Another Time & Place

Bk'n was part of the Autobot Commonwealth. At some point, it was the location of a mainframe (presumably belonging to the Decepticons) which was destroyed by the Wreckers. It was later liberated as part of the Autobot planet-hopping campaign in an event known as the Data Wars. The AllSpark Almanac II
