- BotBots packs (2018)
- Series: 1, 2
- Known designers: Aaron Gray (designer), Kevin Raganit (concept artist), AJ Piejko-Brown (packaging), Ryan Glantz (instruction designer)
- Part of the first two Series of BotBots, the individual members of the Backpack Bunch are spread out across a range of products too numerous to list here, so see individual entries if you really want the full rundown. Backpack Bunch members can be found in:
- Single-bot Blind Bag Mystery Figures
- 5-Packs with two characters from the pack's theme team, two figures from two other teams, and an additional blind-packed rare "Lost Bot"
- 8-Packs with two characters from the pack's theme team, five figures from five other teams, and an additional blind-packed rare "Lost Bot"
- There are two "Backpack Bunch" themed 5-packs in Series 2:
- Bogus Pocus, Short Edge, Hashtagz, Nope Soap, Love Struck (Lost Bot)
- Bottocorrect, Steve From Accounting, Clixx, Pink Key Pop, Sprinkleberry Duh'Ball (Lost Bot)
Notes
[edit]
- As revealed in the BotBots Official Sticker Book, the Lost Bots Overpack and Stinkeye Stapleton were lost from the Backpack Bunch.
- They are not the first reference to office supplies-based Transformers, that being the 2016 April Fools-based Memobots and Deskcepticons. Unlike them, the Backpack Bunch actually, well, exists.
- In both series 1 and 2, they are all 1 stars.
- While no Backpack Bunch members appear in the BotBots cartoon, various generic pencil bots that look similar to Point Dexter and Scribby appear throughout the series. Another generic that appears to have a scissor alt mode may have been intended to be a Backpack Bunch member as well.
