Atomic Freeze thinks he's real cool, a chill dude through and through... but the truth of the matter is that he's just a brat who's been left out in the garbage can too long. This spoiled—both literally and metaphorically—half-pint thinks that he should always get his way, and even if he does, he'll probably ice you with a few frosty remarks!
