Allodyne Logic Systems is a weapons manufacturing company in league with Skywatch. Together with Dynomic and Darkmatter Logic, they're responsible for inventing Skywatch's crash suits.

Skywarp later raided an Allodyne installation in search of the same technology, which he needed for a weapon designed to cripple all Autobots on Earth in a single stroke.
