The recruits finally come to the last item on the list — a volcano simulation — and find Hero Hall is full of soap suds. It swiftly becomes obvious the Scrub-A-Dubber is to blame, and the other recruits own up to having added more power cells to it. The recruits start chasing the rogue robot, only to be foiled by its constant spray of soapy liquid. They eventually hit on the idea of confusing it by showing it a lot of garbage, and Hoist deactivates it. Unfortunately the place is now even more of a mess, and the recruits are forced to clean it themselves, before Heatwave and Cody return. Synopsis
