Toshers patrol the skies at a very high altitude. When an Autobot gets within attack range, they suddenly plummet from the sky at breakneck speed, drawing down level with their target. Should the target drop even lower, Toshers can match this descent... but they can't gain elevation again, which leaves them open to being jumped over.
