- Tripp Summers is a human from the Bumblebee portion of the movie continuity family.

Tripp Summers knows how to impress the ladies, and that's by taking his shirt off and jumping off of cliffs.
Fiction
[edit]Bumblebee film
[edit]- Actor: Ricardo Hoyos
- Voice actor: Shinba Tsuchiya (Japanese dub), Sebastian Fitzner (German dub), Marcel Navarro (Spain Spanish dub), Tommy Rojas (Latin-American Spanish dub), Amit Diondyi (Hindi dub), Petr Neskusil (Czech dub), Eduardo Drummond (Portuguese dub), Mikhail Danilyuk (Russian dub)
Tripp was hanging out with his girlfriend Tina Lark and her friends at the Brighton Falls Boardwalk when Charlie Watson accidentally walked into him, covering him with a drink. Not one to squander an opportunity, he stripped off his shirt and suggested the group head off.
Sometime later, Tripp was at a party on a beach-side clifftop and challenged the crowd present to jump into the sea with him. He got only one taker, Charlie, whom he quickly recognized as someone who'd been in the school dive team with his sister. Tripp jumped off first, ending up safely in the water and shouted up for Charlie to dive in too. Bumblebee
Tripp Summers's involvement in the preceding events, or events mostly similar, was also chronicled in the novel "Transformers: Bumblebee: The Junior Novel".
Notes
[edit]- According to Hoyos, there is a deleted scene where Tripp would have called out Tina and her friends for bullying Charlie. Other deleted scenes involving Tripp had him with the girls at a bowling alley and a bonfire.[1]
Foreign names
[edit]- Japanese: Tripp Summers (トリップ・サマーズ Torippu Samāzu)
