The "Bookworm Crash" refers to a catastrophic database fault suffered by TFWiki.net on the evening of March 15, 2009. Though the initial cause remains obscure, a variety of complicating factors resulted in a total loss of TFWiki.net's database and all backups, rolling the site's clock back to mid-July 2008.
