François Siener (b. May 14, 1951) is a French actor active in theater, TV series and dubbing.
As a voice actor, he is one of the French voices of M. C. Gainey, Ron Perlman, Lance Henriksen and Sam Elliott. In Japanese animation, he is mostly known as Gonta in Pom Poko, Seijirô Inui in Paprika, Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OVAs, Gonza in Princess Mononoke, Heihachi Mishima in Tekken: Blood Vengeance and Unkar Plutt in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens and Forces of Destiny.
He is also the French voice of the narrator in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.
