Heavywait is a Decepticon from the Generation 1 continuity family.
If Bluster shows up, we quit.

Back when the Decepticons were just a two-bit gang of malcontents, Heavywait was already leveraging her black market connections to supply Megatron and his future allies with the big guns they'd need to effectively wage war—at a discount, no less. When the nascent Autobot-Decepticon conflict boiled over into all-out war, Heavywait joined the Decepticons; unlike of her comrades, Heavywait is a loyal, disciplined soldier who genuinely believes in the cause.

Of course, "loyalty" and "pragmatism" are two different things. Heavywait's smart enough to keep her best toys for herself—in particular, she's fond of her fusion gun, a massive two-handed rifle that gives her the edge in most firefights.
