| After being transported to the prehistoric Earth of Primax -408.24 Epsilon by the destruction of their home reality, the Autobots/Maximals led by Ultra Mammoth raced the Decepticons/Predacons to find the legendary artifact known as the Origin Matrix. While his teammates occupied a rogue security system in the Matrix's underground hiding place, Ultra Mammoth entered the Matrix's chamber. Upon doing so, a hologram of Primus appeared and declared that the Origin Matrix would decide if he was worthy or not. Apparently the Matrix did as Ultra Mammoth claimed it and used it to neutralize the security system. Shattered Balance

| In the modern era, the idea of Primus, the benevolent Creator, was unknown to the heroic Decepticons until Cliffjumper, a visitor from a positive polarity universe, told them about Him. Shattered Glass (issue) Before long, Cliffjumper's "beliefs" were a subject of derision, especially among the evil Autobots. Dungeons & Dinobots

| Cliffjumper was eventually vindicated, however, when the Nexus Prime gestalt members attempted to resurrect a recently assassinated Megatron. As they applied their powers to the body, they were transported to Primus's presence. Reunification: Part 5 There they chose for Primus to rebirth them as their original self, with Nexus returning to the battlefield and declaring himself to his enemies as being the "mighty fist of the lord of light". Reunification: Part 6 Megatron, meanwhile, received a vision from the other side of the Allspark of a healed Cybertron, before being reborn himself as Galvatron, with Nexus investing him with some of Primus's power by proxy. Hasbro Transformers Collectors' Club issue 30

| Nexus Prime went on to recover and use Prima's Star Saber in conjunction with the Terminus Blade to carve up the multiverse, strengthening the divisions between each reality composing it. In doing so, all multiversal singularities, including Primus, were also divided into individuals each occupying a separate universe. This consequently led to an evil iteration of Primus coming into being within Rodimus's negative-polarity universe... which the wicked Autobot soon met after being cast out of his fortress by Unicron's lead acolyte Nova Prime! Out of the One, Many

| After sending Rodimus back to the surface, and allowing him time to rescue his troops and vacate the planet, Primus assumed his robot form for the first time in eons. In this shape, he observed the spatially-displaced Earth from Primax 207.0 Epsilon and began his attack upon it to rid his cosmos of this affront to conformity. But the planet fought back, revealing itself to be Primus's "sister" Gaea! Finding Gaea more than capable of defending herself, Primus called out to Rodimus to aid him, only for the ingrate to refuse him outright. The Knights of Unicron helped Gaea at a pivotal moment in the great clash, blinding Primus, and allowing her to obliterate her foe, leaving only his head to orbit her planet mode. The Future Buried...

| ==Notes==
| |
| *Shattered Glass Primus is modeled on the Cybertron design in the colors of Energon Unicron.
| |
| *Primus's face when Rodimus met him was designed after the Autobot symbol (the reason is obvious!).
| |
| *Jesse Wittenrich suggested Christopher Walken as the voice of Shattered Glass Primus.
