Linsay Rousseau (born November 28, 1980) is an American actress, motion capture performer, and military veteran. Prior to attending college for acting, Rousseau served in the United States military as a combat photographer and public affairs sergeant for the U.S. Army's 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, then later being trained for combat and weaponry during the Iraq War and wrote a master's thesis that was made into an Emmy Award-nominated Frontline documentary during her time in journalism.
So far a small sample of her voice acting credits include Delta-Four in Rage 2, Abigale Poole in Fallout 76, and Princess Rubina in Sailor Moon (who amusingly is also voiced by Kikuko Inoue).
