- Groove is an Autobot-allied Mini-Con from the Energon portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Groove (グルーブ Gurūbu) is one of many Autobot-allied Mini-Cons assisting in the search for raw energon deposits across the galaxy. He is teamed up with Cluster and Rotor in the First Responder Mini-Con Team, who are admired for their willingness to put themselves in harm's way to protect lives.[1]

- Transformers: Energon (toyline)#Takara Super Link toyline Groove is a redeco of the Armada Prowl toy, transforming into both a Cybertronic police car and a pistol that can be held by any Transformer using 5mm peg-holes.
- He was available only in the third Micron Booster assortment in blind-packed, individual boxes. This assortment was exclusive to Lawson stores.
- This mold was also used to make Checkpoint, Kingbolt, and Quasar.

[edit]- In February 2026, Greg Sepelak revealed that Sidearm was proposed as a localized name for a Transformers Collectors' Club website bio which never came to fruition.[2] This bio identified Sidearm as the sheriff leader of the "Frontier Rescue Team".
