- Nightscream is an Autobot or Decepticon-allied Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.
Nightscream does happen to know the meaning of "quiet", he just does everything he can to avoid it. He's a rebellious, obnoxious, rambunctious little troublemaking punk whose speech synthesizer always seems to be cranked to eleven. Many are amazed at how well his quiet, professional-minded Autobot partner Airazor puts up with him... and are even more amazed when they discover that despite his attitude and vulgar behavior, Nightscream is outright devoted to her. Maybe there's hope for him yet.

- While the packaging for Airazor features an Autobot insignia, Airazor herself features a molded Decepticon insignia due to unexplained circumstances at Hasbro.[1] Because of this, Nightscream could potentially be a Decepticon-aligned Mini-Con, depending on which faction you deem to be Airazor's "correct" one.
