Air Raid is an Autobot from the Cybertron portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2008 Universe franchise).

Air Raid is a flier. Even so, he was sent to take care of the water-borne Decepticon Storm Surge, who was put in charge by Megatron himself.
