[edit]- Minicon 8 Pack (Multi-pack, 2010)
- Transformers Ironside is a redeco of Classics Broadside, transforming from an M1 Abrams main battle tank into a robot with a mini-gun for a right hand. In tank mode, his turret can rotate 180 degrees, and the cannon barrel can elevate (it kind of has to as part of his transformation).
- Unfortunately, due to being extremely top-heavy in robot mode and having incredibly small feet, it is ridiculously hard to get him to stand up and stay standing up for any length of time without the wind from, say, a passing ant's sneeze knocking him over.
- He was only available as part of the European-market exclusive "Minicon 8 Pack" box set with Buckshot, Barrel Roll, Iron Claw, Diveplane, Airlift, Heavy-Liftor, and Reachout.
- This mold was also used to make Heavytread and Universe (2008) Treadshot.
Notes
[edit]- The Minicon[sic] 8 Pack gives no indication whatsoever what continuity these eight Mini-Cons hail from. In 2015, the Facebook version of Ask Vector Prime simultaneously established the pack members as Unicron Trilogy Mini-Cons and Generation 1 sometimes-Micromasters.
