Dinger is a member of the Jock Squad from BotBots.
Do you want to know the terrifying truth... or do you wanna see me sock a few dingers?!

Dinger, as befits his alternate mode of a baseball, gets hit, a lot, and flies through the air, a lot. While he does enjoy this, and it makes his fellow bots happy, all that constant impact has messed with his intelligence quite a bit, but as long as Dinger can fly through the air and make his friends happy, it doesn't seem to bother him much.

Dinger, along with any bot who was anybot, attended the Ice Cream-a-Palooza, a once in a lifetime event that would never ever be repeated. Naturally, he had a great time, and was still talking about the wonderful memories the night had generated as he and Batsby left. Escape from Snackatraz

When the acclaimed play I, Cheeseburger staged a revival, Dinger and Batsby were in the front row of the audience. They were perplexed by the new play having two versions of the main character on stage at the same time, which Dinger figured was a commentary on how people often felt they were fighting for their own identity. Regardless of this confusing alteration, and the fact the two TronBurgers fighting brought the set down, Dinger appreciated the play. I, Cheeseburger

While out walking around the mall, Dinger and Batsby heard some terrifying noises. A startled Batsby leapt into Dinger's arms and they ran for it, only for Dinger's path to take him through a massive pile of mysterious white goop the Custodial Crew were trying to clean. Live and Let LARP

Having somehow gotten stuck in one of the mall's planters, salvation for Dinger came in the form of the Lost Bots, now calling themselves "the Crime Stoppers"... or would have, if they hadn't screwed up as per usual. Crime and Bun-ishment

One day, several stores in the mall were transformed by a strange force known as "Spector Halloween". The terrified BotBots held a general meeting, with Dinger wondering whether they would one day wake up to find all their respective stores had become infected by the chain. Mercifully, this proved not to be the case, as the Lost Bots soon defeated the store... only for it to be replaced the next night by a new, but equally terrifying store filled with sinister, chanting animatronic humans.
