- Universe Stockade is a redeco of Classics Knockdown, transforming into a robotic Triceratops. As a Mini-Con, he has a "Powerlinx" socket on each side of his beast-mode tail that allow him to connect to larger toys with compatible Powerlinx pegs.
- He was only available as part of a Mini-Con ten-pack, along with Windrazor, Ransack, Overcharge, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Longview, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs. This set was only available at certain retailers, notably Kmart and Meijer in the U.S., Canadian Tire in Canada, and Tesco in the UK. He was also avaiable in Spain's El Corte Inglês department stores.
- This toy was repurposed as a body for 2003 Universe Stockade in Beast Wars: Uprising. This mold was also used to make Cybertron Knockdown, Ironlunge, Dark of the Moon Triceradon, and Movie Advanced Series Thunderlips.
