Belgium is a country within Europe, and a NATO member state. It houses NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR).

[edit]- Although not explicitly referred to as such, Ask Vector Prime mentions that Brussels is a city in a country with a profoundly offensive name. This is most likely a reference to the usage of 'Belgium' as a shockingly vulgar curse word in Life, the Universe, and Everything.
