Bluestreak is armed with an ion-charge disperser rifle, though he sometimes refers to it as an ion-dispenser rifle, so whether it it disperses or dispenses ions is a matter of conjecture.

[edit]- Bluestreak's weapon went unnamed in the bio accompanying his Tech Specs, which merely notes that he "fires bombs up to 8.3 miles and lightning-like 80,000 volt beam up to 12 miles of limited accuracy", while his instructions generically label it a "laser gun".
