- Part of the originally-planned sixth Series of BotBots, Lord Illusion transforms into a (very thick) magician's trick wand.
- He was to be available in the 5-pack and 8-pack assortments. However, we do not know what the package breakdowns for those were planned to be, as the initial Series 6 that Lord Illusion was part of never materialized. A different Series 6 was developed for release in 2023, leaving Lord Illusion's release in limbo. What limited information we have on his planned availability comes from the BotBots Series 6 checklist found on Hasbro's customer service website in early 2021.
- Despite being one of several new sculpts designed for the originally-planned Series 6, Lord Illusion's mold was among those that were not carried over into the finalized Series 6, so no version of this mold ever saw release.
