Jess Q. Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor and musician. He is best known for portraying Wakko Warner and Walter Wolf on Animaniacs, Sewer Urchin on The Tick, the titular character of the Crash Bandicoot video game series (2005-2020), and Wooton Bassett on the radio series Adventures in Odyssey.
Beyond just voice acting, he is tapped very frequently to sing musical numbers for cartoons, doing the insert songs for many recent Scooby-Doo cartoons and films, such as Scooby-Doo: Camp Scare, and performing some of the songs in Disney's Phineas and Ferb.
