Rewrote the intro a bit to be more all-encompassing. Previously, the page implied that IDW's Mode Drilling was a minor punishment from TFA.

Tarn's latest exercise craze.

Transform-ups, alternately known as mode drills, are a military exercise drill. They involve the Transformer being forced to lie in a [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}prone position|{{#if:||prone position}}]] and rapidly transform to and from their alternate mode. Generally enforced en masse as a punishment for misbehaving Autobot boot camp cadets, it is similar in effect to [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}push-up|{{#if:||push-up}}]]s in humans. While normally a relatively minor form of punishment, they can become a quite harsh form of training under a particularly stern instructor.
