[edit]Alexis and Sureshock once visited the "local observatory", which was presumably the Cosmoscope Research Center. Sureshock decided to "help" the human researchers by uploading everything the Mini-Cons knew of the universe into their mainframe, but the overload of data ended up blowing every system in the observatory.
