The Autobot Pretender Gunrunner would rather stay inside his outer shell, and with good reason, because its turret is armed with a pair of powerful 8MM electro-static cannons. He can also combine with the turret to form his jet mode, though he prefers not to.

[edit]Gunrunner's outer Pretender shell was armed with dual electro-static cannon turrets and a targeting system that made them accurate up to a range of 60 miles.
