I asked this on various boards before... but ar we sure that toy photos are solely copyrighted to the photographer? I asked this on various boards before... but ar we sure that toy photos are solely copyrighted to the photographer? Don't they fall under "two-dimensional replications of copyrighted three-dimensional designs" or somesuch, an thus are derivate works of Hasbro-owned designs?--Nevermore 11:21, 15 August 2010 (EDT)
