- Protectors are a body-type in the War for Cybertron portion of the Aligned continuity family.
Protectors are units used by the Decepticon, Neutral and Autobot armies. They are armed with Photon burst rifles and often stay in the back line, using strategic positions to prevent the enemy from advancing.
