Overwatch is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across Earth. A member of the Blue Mini-Con Team, when Powerlinxed to a larger Transformer, Overwatch transforms into a wide-angle blaster that can hit several close-range enemies at once.
It's a good thing that Overwatch is such a useful weapon, because he's not someone you want to work with on a day-to-day basis. It's not that he's a snoop - okay, he IS a snoop. But worse, he's a TERRIBLE snoop.
