The pan-galactic telescope is a telescope used by the Autobots on Cybertron.

[edit]Fortress Maximus, as part of his plea for war-weary Autobots to leave Cybertron to escape the Great War, pointed the pan-galactic telescope to the planet Nebulos and had it display a holographic image of the planet. Ring of Hate!
