The leaders of the Autobots meet to discuss potential allies and equipment available to them in the coming fight against the Entity.

Synopsis

At a meeting of leaders, Metalhawk declares that he is prepared to defend this universe so it doesn't meet the same fate as his own. Rodimus Prime glumly comments that not even their Star Sabers will be enough to stop the Entity. Optimus agrees with him, stating that even they, as Primes, are not powerful enough to fight the originals. Rodimus suggests they seek the aid of the Sentius Twins, who are heralds of Primus and would most likely stand with them. Optimus and Alpha Trion agree that they would, but at the same time, their only allegiance is sworn to their creator, and would thus prioritize him above even them. Metalhawk then brings up Vector and Nova Prime, but Trion points out that their objectives are rather hard to comprehend. Optimus changes the subject, saying they need to know more about the Entity, and turns to his alternate-reality counterpart, Laser Optimus, for information. Laser Optimus tells him that their only chance of combating him is with Artifacts of the Primes, some of which they possess and some of which the Decepticons have. Rodimus begins listing them, asking which ones he's missing, prompting his Optimus to remind him of the Requiem Blaster. Laser Optimus explains to a confused Metalhawk that there are multiple variations of it, but they are presumably discussing the Entity's signature weapon, which he either has or is looking for.

Gameplay

This event was an individual totaliser on the Mayhem gamemode, meaning players unlocked points on their own as opposed to with their Alliance. As a Mayhem event, each battle was still won by destroying the HQ, but instead of the rest of the buildings and defenses being destroyed upon them doing so, they could continuing destroying the remaining structures until the 3-minute timer is up to gain additional points. The one caveat is that these bases cost a whopping 15 fuel cells to raid, compared to alternative, easier (but lower-rewarding) 5-fuel-cell-worth bases in the same zones.

The top prize was the newly-added 5-star version of the Titan Fortress Maximus or Scorponok (depending on your faction, of course).

Continuity notes

• Metalhawk references his destroyed home universe.

Transformers references

• Laser Optimus says there are "variations" of the Requiem Blaster, presumably referencing his own universe's version of the weapon.
• With the statement that the Requiem Blaster is the chosen weapon of the Entity, it's now more or less 100% clear that it's meant to be Megatronus Prime, also the known as the Fallen. Now, Simon Furman has been dropping hints about this since the "New Armada" saga, but this comment makes it very obvious who it is.

Errors

• In what isn't the first instance of an event having some sort of glitch, the second, usually Decepticon-centered part of the story dialogue was not available to read.
• In the recap section of the description for part 1, the Sentius Twins are referred to as "the Sentius Malus and Magnus".

Trivia

• Like the Sentius Twins, when Metalhawk and Rodimus the Star Saber, its name is spelt using the British "Sabre" spelling.
