  • Zartan refers to himself as "Emil Zartan", and while that was the name of the man he was cloned from, the clone has always preferred to be referred to as just "Zartan", without any first name or honorifics, as shown in Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow #13.
  • Zartan is shown to "elasticate" his arms in order to slip free of his handcuffs; previously, IDW Zartan has only been able to change his facial features and skin color, and has been unable to change his build or "shapeshift" other parts of his body.
