[edit]- The Transformers suggests the Maya were based in South America, but in reality, the Maya civilization was primarily located in the Yucatán peninsula, which is now in Mexico. It's possible that the Mayans were simply confused for the Incas during the script-writing process, as the Inca empire did occupy a sizable portion of South America.
- Chac's name likely comes from Chaac, the Maya god of rain.
