Presumably, a mecha molar is a kind of [[Teeth|tooth]]. The only Transformer that we know for sure possessed mecha molars was [[Grimlock (G1)|Grimlock]] in Tyrannosaurus Rex mode, which is odd since Tyrannosaurs had long sharp teeth like chisels or "lethal bananas"<ref>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrannosaurus</ref> rather than anything resembling a molar, which is a kind of tooth unique to mammals. The most likely explanation for this is that [[Sludge (G1)|Sludge]] never went to Cybertronian (or prehistoric Earth) dentistry school.
