- Highgear is a Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.
The Red Mini-Con Team's resident gearhead (no, not that kind), Highgear lives to take apart and reconstruct engines of all stripes, all in the pursuit of greater speed. Well, speed and chicks, to be completely honest, but he probably has to do something about being constantly smeared with grease to do anything about the latter. He also dreams of finding a planet where they do nothing but race, but surely this Valhalla of velocity is the stuff of pure, crazed fantasy.[1]
