Synopsis

- The bio accompanying this comic, which included a summary of the events, claimed that Optimus Prime was backed by Hound and Huffer, rather than Hound and Brawn. It also declares that Megatron ordered his Decepticons to continue fighting after the final page's events.
- The quantum surge energy stored inside Megatron's body got there when the Predacon Megatron stole his spark during the Beast Wars.
- The events of this comic would be significantly expanded upon in Legends Vol. 49, as well as retconning away the included bio's claim of Megatron ordering a continued attack on the Autobots after first acquiring his new form, with Legends Vol. 49 instead having him battling alone and then quickly depart after powering up, to seek revenge on Slugslinger.
