It is Blackout. The design is identical and it can be surmised that he was repaired by the Constructicons. Not too much of a leap of logic, given Megatron's resurrection. | |||

It is Blackout. The design is identical and it can be surmised that he was repaired by the Constructicons. Not too much of a leap of logic, given Megatron's resurrection.
