"Lowtech" (also Outworlder or Offworlder) is a term used by Transcendent Technomorphs to designate all those who aren't native to their home dimension, aren't as evolved as they are, and are altogether not as great as they are. It is essentially a derogatory term they use against inter-dimensional immigrants. Although somewhat justified, in a sense that all outworlders encountered to date have not been as technologically as advanced as the Transcendent Technomorphs, it has yet to be seen if they would react in a similar discriminatory way to races that, although not native to their universe, are still equally or more evolved then they are (such as the Alternity).
